From our practice’s inception, we’ve aimed to do one thing: Create a better built environment.

It means collaborating regularly with our clients, ensuring they’re across every step of the journey. Showing them a breadth of lateral thinking. Helping them choose the best solution: one that’s as commercially considered and sustainable as possible.

While no two jobs are the same, our nimble approach is. Our team of specialist engineers are dedicated to creating the best solution possible. It’s what ensures that every project we work on – big or small, private or public – delivers a great outcome for our client, and ultimately, the world we live in.

Luka Vulic

Director

Luka’s career began many years ago in the power generation industry. Today he is regarded as one of the industry’s leading mechanical and building services engineers. He’s worked across a diversity of sectors, including Power Generation, privately developed commercial developments, corporate federal and local government workplaces, Retail Complexes and tenancy’s, Hotels, Luxury Residential Apartments, Food and Pharmaceutical facilities, Research Centres and laboratories, University’s and schools.

Tim Chard

Associate

Tim has 20years’ experience as a Mechanical and Building Services Engineer within multi-discipline practices. His roles include the design and development of mechanical services, co-oridnation and management of other services disciplines whilst incorporating provisions for environmentally sustainable operation.

Clients enjoy working with Tim, with his quick sense of humour and natural

laid back communication style. He is able to adapt his style to work closely with and coordinate all disciplines during construction harmoniously, ensuring the clients project objectives are achieved and delivered within budget.

Simon Green

Associate

Simon’s experience as an Electrical and Building Services Engineer spans over 20 years across multi-discipline engineering practices. He has professional design and documentation expertise encompassing a broad range of building systems including lighting, security systems, power reticulation, uninterruptible power supply (UPS) systems, automation controls, telecommunications and data cabling systems.

Simon has a passion for sustainability, and through his experience on a vast array of Green Star and NABERS rated projects and as a NABERS accredited assessor, he actively strives to include these strategies in his projects where appropriate. Simon’s is always conscious of balancing the technical decision making against the commercial objectives of the project.

Sean Martin

Associate

Sean has over 20 years’ experience including management experience with multi-discipline engineering practices and single discipline mechanical engineering contracting firms.

Sean’s experience encompasses a diverse range of industry sectors including commercial office buildings with private, Federal and local Government fitouts, Residential Apartments, Hotels, Retail Complexes, Research Centres and laboratories, Universities and Schools.

The key focus on Sean’s projects is the development of holistic solutions derived from his extensive practical experience as well as technical knowledge as both a NABERS accredited assessor and engineering design. This has delivers buildings with optimised mechanical services, integration of sustainability initiatives and efficiency in operation for all building services and practical maintenance of the delivered solution. Sean is also a NABERS accredited assessor which adds to this.

Jacob Theodorou

Associate

With over 30 years’ experience including management experience with multi-discipline engineering practices and electrical contracting firms.

Jacob’s experience encompasses a diverse range of industry sectors including Commercial office buildings with private, federal and local government fitouts, Civic Buildings, University’s and schools, Government Correctional facilities, hotels, residential apartments, hotels and aged care buildings.

The key focus on Jacob’s projects is the development of realistic and deliverable concepts, the coordination of all engineering disciplines, integration of sustainability initiatives and overall commercial focus to deliver value to the client.
