Luka’s career began many years ago in the power generation industry. Today he is regarded as one of the industry’s leading sustainability and mechanical services engineers. He’s worked across a diversity of sectors, including luxury residential apartments, retail complexes, food and pharmaceutical facilities, research centres and laboratories, universities, federal and local government fitouts, privately and developed commercial office developments.
Tim has over 15 years of experience as a Mechanical Engineer within multi-discipline practices. His roles include the design and development of mechanical services, including exhaust, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, whilst incorporating provisions for environmentally sustainable operation.
Simon’s over 15 years of experience as an Electrical Engineer spans over 8 years across multi-discipline engineering practices. ďż˝He has professional design and documentation expertise encompassing a broad range of building systems including lighting, security systems, power reticulation, uninterruptible power supply (UPS) systems, automation controls, telecommunications and data cabling systems.
Michael has over 10 years’ experience as an Electrical Engineer, with over 4 years of experience consulting with public and private sector clients on a variety of projects in both the Sydney and Canberra markets.
Vertical Transportation Lead
Ryan is a well-respected Vertical Transportation specialist in Australia and internationally. He has been in the building services industry for over 20 years and is passionate about the built environment. He has been a project director on large multi-discipline services as well as leading and mentoring engineers. His leadership, skillset, experience, business development capabilities, and synergies with our S4B culture made this a perfect fit.
Ryan has worked across a wide range of market sectors including commercial, residential, education, public transport, health, hospitality, arts, and retail. He will lead the Vertical Transportation group for S4B, as well as focusing on growing our core sector markets.
Ryan is a Chartered Practising Engineer with Engineers Australia and he is a Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland. He is a member of the global Vertical Transportation Committee of the CTBUH and is a co-author of Vertical Transportation – A Primer, a book released by the CTBUH. Some of his passions outside of the professional engineering world include cycling, traveling, and trying to keep his 2 daughters from destroying the family house.
