Luka’s career began many years ago in the power generation industry. Today he is regarded as one of the industry’s leading sustainability and mechanical services engineers. He’s worked across a diversity of sectors, including luxury residential apartments, retail complexes, food and pharmaceutical facilities, research centres and laboratories, universities, federal and local government fitouts, privately and developed commercial office developments.
Luka’s skills extend beyond the typical engineering fields, providing consulting to clients on the commercial areas of property developing, including strategic master-planning, long-term asset forecasting and lease negotiation and liaison.
Luka is a key contributor to the engineering industry as a committee member for a number of boards including the Property Council of Australia, as well as guest lecturing as part of the engineering and architecture faculty at the University of NSW and UTS.
Luka’s passions outside of work are cycling, cattle farming, watching Star Wars with his children and cultivating his home garden.
